		<description>The Harbour islands are amongst the best kept parks in the state (one big advantage is random hooligans dont tend to have have motor boats and time to do much damage like they can to a park in the city.) With some exceptions (places your generally not allowed to stop at for the most part) the islands are all pretty well groomed. Also out of all the islands Spectacle was literally just built so it would be a while for any wilderness to infiltrate anyway.</description>
