Hello!
I'm a freelancer/contractor doing web development and design in the Boston area. I create web applications: social networks, e-commerce, or even simple informational sites.
I strive to keep websites flexible, future-proof, and accessible by using
free and open-source languages and tools (I dig Ruby on Rails, and I love LAMP)
and by implementing designs with web standards and semantic coding (like cleanly-separated structural XHTML and presentational CSS).
My degrees are in computer science and linguistics, from the University of Chicago; I've been doing web development as a hobby since 2001 and professionally since 2006.
